Clear Communication
You'll always know where we are, what the plan is, and if something changes. No wondering whether someone is still coming.
Two operators, one honest promise: we show up, we handle it, and we don't leave a mess.
Whether it's a load of junk that needs to disappear or a pallet of parts that needs to be in Grande Prairie by tomorrow - the work gets done right, or we don't take the job.
Residential and small commercial clean-outs across Edmonton and surrounding communities. Furniture, appliances, or renovation debris - show us and we'll take care of it.
Learn moreUrgent freight across Alberta with occasional runs into NE British Columbia and western Saskatchewan. Parts to site, equipment to yard, loads that can't wait for a full LTL schedule.
Learn moreEquipment sourcing, procurement coordination, multi-party logistics. If you need something moved, found, or coordinated but it doesn't fit our standard services - ask us.
Learn moreAnyone can promise good service. We believe trust is earned by showing up, communicating clearly, respecting your property, and doing the job right.
You'll always know where we are, what the plan is, and if something changes. No wondering whether someone is still coming.
Straightforward estimates with no hidden surprises. We quote carefully so you know what to expect before the work begins.
Whether we're removing junk or delivering freight, we treat every property like it belongs to family. Clean, careful, and professional.
We don't cut corners. If we take on a job, we see it through properly from start to finish.
Blackout Solutions is Kyle Folk and Jason Ah Chin — two friends who reunited after university and spent a few years talking about doing something together before finally doing it.
Kyle grew up around oil & gas, research, and development — the kind of environment where solving a weird mechanical problem on a Saturday night is just part of the week. He's the one who picks up the phone, figures out the logistics, makes sure it gets done, and tells you clearly what's happening.
Jason is an engineer who brings the discipline. He's the one who streamlines processes, crunches the numbers, and handles the admin work that most small operators forget until it bites them. He puts in the long hours when a deadline demands it.
We started Blackout because we'd talked about it for years. We wanted something to call our own — a side hustle now, with a plan to eventually work for ourselves full-time.We built Blackout around the little things that make a big difference—clear communication, respect for your property, and showing up ready to work.
The motto at Kyle's high school was "As one who serves." That line stuck. It's still how we approach every job.
Tell us what you need moved, hauled, or handled. We'll get back to you as quickly as we can with a quote and next steps.
